GRAL260414 Group Reconciliation Assistance - Team Leader

Thank you for considering registering for Group Reconciliation Assistance - Team Leader (GRAL), where you will benefit from an intense skills training course equipping you to serve as a team leader in large group conflicts. This course is robust and requires pre-work, live attendance, homework throughout the course (1-3 hours per week) and active participation. It is designed to not only provide you with knowledge but also give you the opportunity to demonstrate and practice those skills in teaching that are recorded and evaluated by both instructors and your fellow participants. This course requires students complete foundational training first (Coaching People to Reconcile and Mediating People to Reconcile) as well as Group Reconciliation Assistance Team Member.
