Conciliation and Consultation Fees

Services are now being offered online via Zoom. If online services are provided, travel expenses are eliminated and there is a great deal more flexibility in scheduling. With travel expenses eliminated, online services can save as much as 40% when compared to in-person services!

Standard Fees for Staff Conciliators

Conciliation and consultation fees are charged at the rates listed below for conciliation or consultation time with parties, and preparation time, plus expenses. Travel time is charged at half the normal rate. Expenses include such things as long distance phone calls, materials, and traveling expenses (i.e., meals, transportation, lodging, etc.). Daily maximum applies when hours exceed 8 per day. Weekly maximum applies when hours exceed 40 hours per week. (Fees listed here are subject to change – please contact our office for current fees applicable to your situation.)

  • Initial 30-minute consultation — No charge

  • Hourly Rate — $175.00

    • Travel time charged at half the hourly rate​

  • Daily Maximum — $1,400.00

  • Weekly Maximum — $7,000.00

Written Proposal Fees

Written proposal fees will vary, depending on the specific needs of the client. (Fees listed here are subject to change – please contact our office for current fees applicable to your situation.) Based on past experience, average costs for the following services have been:

  • Initial 30-minute consultation: No charge

  • Seminar with One-Day Consultation: $4,500 plus expenses (travel, lodging, meals, and materials). Usual deposit required is:

    • $4,500 Consultation Fee​

    • $1,000 Travel Expenses

    • $  600 Travel Time (two travel days for single reconciler)

    • $6,100 Total Required Deposit for in-person, or

    • $4,500 Required for online delivery

  • Reconciliation Assistance for Conflicted Groups:

    • For a reconciliation team of two: $14,000 for reconciliation services plus expenses (travel, lodging, meals, and materials). Usual deposit required is:

      • $14,000 Consultation Fee​ (estimated 250 hours of consultation)

      • $  5,500 Travel Expenses

      • $  3,000 Travel Time (estimated 10 travel days for team of 2)

      • $22,500 Total Required Deposit for in-person, or

      • $14,000 Required for online delivery

    • For a reconciliation team of three: $18,500 for reconciliation services plus expenses (travel, lodging, meals, and materials). Usual deposit required is:

      • $18,500 Consultation Fee​ (estimated 350 hours of consultation)

      • $  8,500 Travel Expenses

      • $  4,200 Travel Time (estimated 14 travel days for team of 3)

      • $31,200 Total Required Deposit for in-person, or

      • $18,500 Required for online delivery
