Private Conflict Coaching

To better manage a conflict personally, ask for a personal and private ICC Conflict Coach™ who will listen and guide you through conflict in accordance with Ephesians 4:31-32 and Matthew 18:15.  A coach is not a counselor or a legal advisor but they can help you process, manage, and improve a specific conflict using principles of biblical peacemaking. ICC Certified Christian Conciliators™  offer private confidential coaching appointments scheduled through web-based software such as Skype or Zoom.  You will be contacting your Conflict Coach directly to make arrangements. Hourly fees vary and are paid prior to services.
 
Biblical Mediation

 
Mediation helps all parties work towards resolving a conflict in a biblically faithful manner.  The ICC provides mediation for legal and personal conflicts with full case administration and conciliation services by one or more of the ICC Certified Christian Conciliators™ in our network.
 
Christian Arbitration
 
When you need a final decision on a difficult matter, a neutral arbitrator can adjudicate your case based on documentation and evidence provided by all parties. The ICC offers experienced Certified Christian Conciliators™ who specialize in court-approved arbitration and can lead formal proceedings. Whether you need a single arbitrator or a panel of three, ICC arbitrators will render thorough decisions in a respectful and biblically faithful manner according to 1 Corinthians 6.
