In the event a student cancels a registration: Cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the event will be issued a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations between 8 and 30 days in advance will incur a 20% administrative fee while cancellations 7 days or less will incur a 50% administrative fee. If pre-course materials have already been sent, then the full materials fee will also be withheld from refund. Those not attending an event without prior notice of cancellation of their registration are not eligible for a refund.

In the event AoR cancels an event: If Ambassadors of Reconciliation cancels an event, students are entitled to a full refund.

Contracted training and services agreements will include a cancellation policy which supersedes this policy.
