ICC Certification Annual Renewal
As Christian Conciliators, we agree to be accountable to one another and the community. By completing the following form, you grant ICC permission to share your responses with others in the community of Certified Christian Conciliators for mutual accountability.
Your responses are preserved for you on this page and will be refreshed the next time you login here. This means you can pause your submission and return later.
Your renewal consists of three parts:

Step 1. Renewal Application
3. Please check the types of cases you prefer to have referred to you by the ICC:
Continuing Experience/Education
The Institute for Christian Conciliation requires a brief annual report for hours spent working on actual cases as well as ongoing training and education related to biblical peacemaking.
In order to maintain certification, conciliators need to complete at least 20 Hours of work on cases, i.e. intervening in other people's conflicts.
In order to maintain certification, conciliators are required to complete a minimum of 10 hours of education, training, reading and courses related to biblical peacemaking.
In the event you do not fully meet these requirements, we'd still like you to report a summary of your peacemaking efforts over the last year. You may still be awarded one or more of the other Christian Reconciler™ Certificates:

Case Experience Reporting
Optional in 2023 - Required in 2024
You are required to report a minimum of 20 individual cases hours using this form. The good news is this renewal form will be available to you all year long so you can enter cases as you complete them. No more digging out your records at the end of the year!!

Christian Reconcilers with a Professional Membership will be able to view your casework as part of determining if you're a good candidate for a specific case.

You are required to report a minimum of 10 hours per year of individual CE using this form. The good news is this renewal form will be available to you all year long so you can enter CE as you complete them. No more digging out your records at the end of the year!!

Step 2. Pastor Assessment
Part of ICC Annual Renewal includes an assessment from your pastor. The purpose of the Pastor Assessment is to verify your continuing fellowship with a local congregation and your peacemaking efforts there. Please copy the following link: https://www.aorhope.org/surveys/ICC-Pastor-Assessment and ask your pastor to complete as soon as possible. To request an assessment, enter your pastor's name and email above then click "Request Assessment from My Pastor." An email window will open so you can customize the email to your liking. If a mail window does not open, you need to enable popups for this page.
Please affirm each item in question 10 above.
Thank you for submitting your renewal information. It has be received by our office and we'll review ASAP and alert you if anything else is needed.
Please proceed to the final step and purchase your Christian Reconciler Membership.
Step 3. Purchase Membership

Volunteer Level - $99 annually or $10 per month

Vocational Level - $149 annually or $15 per month

Professional Level - $199 annually or $20 per month
You are required to purchase one of these membership levels to complete your Certification Renewal. Remember, half of your annual membership fee is returned to you as a coupon for training or reconciliation resources!

Thank you for completing your annual renewal! You can expect acknowledgement of receipt from our office soon. Once your full renewal is complete, we will update your Christian Reconciler™ Certificate to indicate you are current as a Certified Christian Conciliator™.
