Welcome to Coaching People to Reconcile.
This course is organized to help you learn the coaching process one step at a time and then practice what you are learning.
Use the lesson list to move between lessons. Use the section list to move within the selected lesson. The best way to continue is to use the Continue Course button, which will take you back to the next section that still needs your attention.
Course materials are available from the Course Materials button near the top of the page. Keep those resources close as you work through the course. You will use the practicum manual, course handouts, case studies, diagrams, and coaching tools throughout the lessons.
Each lesson follows a repeated rhythm:
Learn: receive the teaching for that section. Read the manual section and review materials.
Observe: watch a demonstration or example and notice how the skill is being modeled.
Practice: try the skill yourself through a guided exercise or roleplay.
Apply: connect the teaching to your own life, ministry, or coaching context.
Discuss: reflect on the material and raise questions for further learning.
Demonstrate Competency: show that you can use the skill with faithfulness and care.
You do not need to master everything at once. Move through the course patiently, return to the materials often, and let each lesson build toward the next.
