Ambassadors of Reconciliation is making available a new Crowdfunding Platform. This platform has the potential to revolutionize the ministry of peacemaking and reconciliation! Crowdfunding allows all of us to participate in the ministry of reconciliation in a very special way and is a great way to connect more people to our mission. By each of us sharing our passion for this ministry and directly inviting our friends, family and colleagues to support us, we can collectively grow peacemaking and reconciliation, reaching more people than ever before! When our friends tell their friends who tell their friends ... that's when something really special happens. Let's leverage the power of the Internet for something good! We've all heard remarkable stories of the Internet connecting people in support of a common cause through GoFundMe and similar platforms. This is also possible for the ministry of peacemaking and reconciliation. If everyone receiving this invitation raises just a few dollars through their connections to friends, then this vital ministry would have an operating surplus!
Through this crowdfunding platform, fundraising is easy, it's transparent and it's fun. Your participation is crucial! Crowdfunding is predicated on the premise that many people participate - that it goes 'viral'. Once people begin to engage, it encourages the next person, who inspires the next, and so on. Everyone can always see the progress on the fundraising campaigns and who the top fundraisers are. By jumping in to try this new way of fundraising, we will all enjoy a renewed sense of camaraderie as we all pitch in together.

There, you can create a fundraiser profile, select the campaigns you would like to support and then create a customized page to share why these ministries are important to you. Check out these crowdfunding campaigns (using our same platform) for a few ideas to get started. Then, you can share your fundraising page through your favorite social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc to invite people to join you in this ministry of reconciliation. Not on social media? No problem! You can invite your friends through email, newsletters, even bulletin inserts at church!
You are probably thinking "I'm not a fundraiser!" The truth is, all we're asking you to do is share how peacemaking and reconciliation have impacted you and invite your friends to join you in this ministry. It's really then up to the Holy Spirit to move them. You never know when your simple invitation will connect someone to a passion for a ministry they previously didn't know was in them.

We pray this new crowdfunding platform will usher in a new era of prosperity for the ministry of reconciliation. We are seeking 500 people to be our initial fundraisers. If each would raise $500 from their network, this equates to a collective quarter of a million dollars! The benefits above release $25,000 worth of reconciliation Bible studies while 500 more reconcilers get trained in (for example) Coaching People through Conflict! If each of these fundraisers share their testimony with 100 people, then 50,000 people will be introduced to Biblical reconciliation.
