The most frustrating thing is when people are broken and do not want help from the great physician.

We should watch ourselves and our teaching closely because both can go astray quickly and in doing so lead others astray.

1. When in conversations regarding anything but especially when it is controversial, be quick to listen and slow to speak. 2. When others are in disagreement with you, make it a priority to communicate that you love them regardless if they agree with you. 3. Be polite even when others are not polite. No matter the situation, one can always be polite and kind.

When convicted of sin, they must be willing to confess their sin. They should be wise so they are not put into compromising situations.

Scripture Reading: Romans 8:38-39 "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Meditation: It's easy, isn't it, to feel sometimes like we are just tossed around by the waves of life, that circumstances or even our own failures might somehow push us out of God's embrace? But I want us to soak in the Truth of the scripture, in the powerful assurance these verses offer. In a world that often feels unstable, this scripture is our anchor, reminding us that God's love for us is constant and unshakeable. Prayer: Let's pray, Heavenly Father, we stand in awe of Your immeasurable love, a love that knows no bounds. Guide us to be living reflections of Your grace in our daily lives. In times of both doubt and joy, may we remain anchored in Your promises. Now, let us unite our voices in the prayer Your Son taught us. Together, let us say the Lord's Prayer: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Idk how to answer this first question. We don't have formal reviews as such. But we do submit annual reports. For lay leaders the way i see it, it's not just a role, it's a mission. But, I see so many lay leaders on the verge of burnout, just surviving, I want them to thrive. I think volunteers are not cheap. We need to provide our lay leaders with resources and opportunites to set them up for success.

God isn't calling us to sit idly by, He calls us to stand. To be the salt and light in our church. We need to encourage and guide.

By reaching out, being present, and offering a shoulder to lean on, in the name of Jesus, you can create moments of genuine connection. It's forging connections even through uninvited care because it's a duty and honor.
