I think they all have a significant spiritual component.

Increase time in Bible study and prayer; decrease time on logistical matters, like the "elder's schedule."

This is pretty much our current agenda.

We need to participate in the Divine Service and in Bible study, be personally in devotion and prayer, and grow in a Christian worldview that recognizes the "spiritual" in everything.

Most of them have a significant spiritual component and we can find a particular "chapter and verse" that addresses each one in some way. As Christians we are "spiritual people," so all of life has a spiritual component.

Philippians 4:6 Praying for our own needs and those of our fellow members, thanking God for His blessings, asking God for guidance and the resources we need.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 Praying for the church and the world, especially secular leaders so that the church to do its assigned work in the world.
James 5:16 Confessing to and forgiving one another; praying with and for one another.

Joshua 1:8 Be in the Word, learning and growing in faith/in the Faith (two sides of the doctrine/life coin).
Acts 2:42 Faithful participation in the Divine Service and in Bible study with fellow members. The context here is the corporate assembly, not some individualistic piety.
Colossians 3:16 Being in the Word so that the Word shapes our thinking, speaking, and behavior.

apathy regarding the Word, neglect of the Sacraments, spiritual immaturity, unwillingness to serve, desire for power and control, selfish concern for one's own convenience vs. care for others

"Yourself," i.e., one's own personal faith and behavior; and "the teaching [doctrine]," i.e., the Faith that a pastor is to preach and teach. The doctrine necessarily comes first, because "faith comes from hearing" and a Christian life is only possible for one who has been given the "gift of faith" by means of the Word. Still, the Christian life flows from the doctrine and is shaped by the doctrine. The two really cannot be separated.

"In speech" a pastor is to echo the Word of God in his preaching and teaching, in his personal counsel to church members, and in his speaking to non-members. The Word should form and fill him, so that he truly speaks the language of the faith, that is, communicate the revealed doctrine. "In conduct" a pastor's behavior should be motivated and guided by the doctrine of God's Word so that he "practices what he preaches" in day to day interactions. "In love" a pastor ought to regard everyone as God regards all of us, seeing our need to acting to meet that need (which is a good definition of "agape," the "Christian love" of the Scriptures).
