Difficulty to get more people involved, even in the smallest ways. Difficult to get people to volunteer of their time for the smallest projects. Lack of communication.

1. Set an example for volunteering when needs arise.
2. Engage in fellowship with everyone, members and non-members to bring them to the fellowship of Christ.

Acts 6:2-4 Lay Leader: Men who were full of the spirit were delegated the responsibility to overlook the daily distribution of food to the widows.
1 Timothy 3:1-7 Lay Leader: Refers to overseers; I interpret this to mean elders of the church. Should be men above reproach, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, teacher, not a drunkard, gentle, not a lover of money.

Philippians 4:6 Being thankful for what the Lord has done for us, continue to search the Word for answers, pray and be patience. Let God lead us!

James 5:16 Confessing and praying as we live in a very broken world. Oh the power of prayer, it is just another mystery like the sacraments - do not under-estimate the power of pray.

Maturity in faith is not bound by physical age. Mature acts of speech, conduct, love, faith and purity can and are done by a spirit filled individuals who love our Lord and want to obey Him in their faith journey. An example would be where a youth goes on a servant event during spring break than the beaches of Florida.
