I feel adding 15 minutes to discuss the different lessons would be appropriate - In all honest I am afraid that much more time, and lengthening the meetings would border on starting to take the joy of serving away - our meeting often run fairly long as is

I am a horrible candidate to hold the position of spiritual leader in any capacity. As I look to the mirror, the reflection that I see is not of one that is equipped, educated, or has enough of their own house in order to be offering leadership to anyone

conduct - strive for a pure life, but again admitting to one's sinful shortcoming is important in reminding youreself, but also ensureing those around you that all are loved. Love - loving all, even those that are sinful and go against the teachings. We are called to love, and sometimes love does not mean agreement. Attempts to educate on their shortcomings should be done out of love and with a scripture backing - judgement will come later.

Acts 6:2-4 Lay Leader: my computer is very laggy - full of spirit and reputable
1 Timothy 3:1-7 Pastor: I struggle with this one - The "office of overseer" makes me think pastor - but I would assume that the traits mentioned would applicable to all learders of the church
1 Timothy 3:8:13 Lay Leader: blameless, honest and straight forward
