Pretty close... focus a lot on putting out fires and being distracted from moving forward in ministry functions and ideas. Lots of lost energy spent in fighting Satan's battles against us and past decisions.

We need to be in God's Word regularly, constant in prayer, not only as individual, but collaboratively as leaders. Be specific in the needs of prayers; ministries, personal needs, the needs of others. Quality time is key.

Lack of action, Being derailed by details of business and not focused on the ministry to be accomplished, meetings without a plan of action, lack of people serving the church and God, leaders overloaded with other meetings so they are tired and lack energy beyond a meeting

We are to be witnesses of God's love. Being in God's Word to strength our own faith, and then sharing it with others to build them up in the body of Christ. Self is first. You cannot help others if you, yourself, are not constantly growing in faith.

Keep a clean tongue, use language that is uplifting and glorifies God. Love in the act of service. Give of your time and talents to do the work of God. Be faithful in the study of God's Word, constantly growing in faith. Be an example to others as a disciple of Jesus.

We must live a life of Christ as the Holy Spirit leads. One must be willing to admit to sin, seek forgiveness, and then live a life of repentance. One cannot be a person who continues in sin with no regard to God's Law. We do our best, and seek forgiveness when we fail. We work to live a life that lets the light of Jesus shine through our lives.
