International - For many of these workshops we partnered with ALARM-Africa to present these workshops. ALARM's workshops are presented by a local ALARM organization in different countries. ALARM works in the context of their country’s concerns and people to apply biblical principals of forgiveness, understanding and peace in the communities they live in. These workshops teach what ALARM and others have done in their particular context though the principles can be applied universally.
Advanced - These workshops aim to equip those who are already reconcilers in their churches or professional settings by addressing common issues that reconcilers face. Experienced presenters will bring their expertise and case studies to real-life situations that happen in conflict resolution.
Introduction - These workshops aim to address broader issues of conflict resolution, sin issues that contribute to conflict, introductory teaching on reconciliation and personal peacemaking, teaching reconciliation to the next generation and more. Whether you are new to being an ambassador of reconciliation or a seasoned veteran these workshops will help you to live out a lifestyle of reconciliation in your home, church, work and community.
Foundational - These workshops are geared toward reconcilers who have completed the foundational reconciler training (Coaching People to Reconcile and Mediating People through Conflict) to further equip them for their service as reconcilers.
Specialized - These workshops aim to address specialized issues in the area of reconciliation.

There is a delicate balance between professional church workers and the body of Christ to live reconciled to one another and fulfill the ministry according to Matthew 25. There is an ebb and flow with ongoing dialogue and interaction between the church workers and congregation to expand the ministry and tackle everyday challenges. Utilizing emotional intelligence will provide insight that enhances or breaks down that interaction. This workshop will help you gain a spiritual understanding on this topic.

You are the mediator or arbitrator in a sizzling case. After days of mediating or arbitrating, all of the parties have agreed to a reconciliation and settlement of all relational and material issues. All eyes turn to you at the head of the table; everyone wants you to write up the agreement right there on the spot. Do you know what to put in the agreement? If you have been around peacemaking for any time at all, you know we have acronyms for everything. Do you know the RESTORE acronym? You will wish you knew when the parties (and you) want to strike while the iron is hot and get a document before everyone leaves the table. Come and learn about this invaluable tool to help make sure you include everything needed in the agreement.

Do you ever feel challenged by the way parties communicate (or don’t communicate) in the midst of a conciliation process? In this workshop we’ll identify the main barriers to effective communication, discuss strategies to help parties listen well, express themselves effectively and feel heard as they work through their conflicts. We’ll also touch on ways to be most effective as conciliators in our role as we communicate with, guide, and encourage the parties in conflict coaching and in joint conciliation processes.
