My Personal Track - A track that you personalize yourself! As you browse all of the workshops, add those that interest you to your personal track. Then, when you return, you can easily find your personal workshop schedule!

International - For many of these workshops we partnered with ALARM-Africa to present these workshops. ALARM's workshops are presented by a local ALARM organization in different countries. ALARM works in the context of their country’s concerns and people to apply biblical principals of forgiveness, understanding and peace in the communities they live in. These workshops teach what ALARM and others have done in their particular context though the principles can be applied universally.

Advanced - These workshops aim to equip those who are already reconcilers in their churches or professional settings by addressing common issues that reconcilers face. Experienced presenters will bring their expertise and case studies to real-life situations that happen in conflict resolution.

Introduction - These workshops aim to address broader issues of conflict resolution, sin issues that contribute to conflict, introductory teaching on reconciliation and personal peacemaking, teaching reconciliation to the next generation and more. Whether you are new to being an ambassador of reconciliation or a seasoned veteran these workshops will help you to live out a lifestyle of reconciliation in your home, church, work and community.

Foundational - These workshops are geared toward reconcilers who have completed the foundational reconciler training (Coaching People to Reconcile and Mediating People through Conflict) to further equip them for their service as reconcilers.

Specialized - These workshops aim to address specialized issues in the area of reconciliation.

Embedding a peacemaking ministry in a denomination is a very effective way to make biblical peacemaking training and services available to a large number of people at an affordable cost. The Christian & Missionary Alliance has had such a ministry at the National Office since 2011. This workshop will examine both the pluses and challenges in developing such a ministry.

Joseph’s story confirms the following principles: God is with us in conflict. God uses us in conflict. God means the conflict for our good and the good of others.
The story of Joseph, like many in the Bible, involves conflict. Using Joseph’s story as our text, we will look at how the conflict was created and how it impacted Joseph as well as how Joseph responded to the conflict and those who caused it. We will also look at the conflict in the context of God’s plan and eternity.
The principles of Joseph’s story will help us and those we serve as reconcilers consider and answer the following questions:
- Is God with me in the conflict? How does this impact my response?
- Is God using me in the conflict? How is He using me?
- Does God mean the conflict for my good and the good of others? If so, then what is He doing in my life, the lives of others involved in the conflict and the lives of others?
- How is my conflict story a part of God’s plan and eternity? How does this give me hope, regardless of the outcome of the conflict?

… then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye." Matthew 7.5b

Jesus doesn’t waste words. His statement about taking the speck out of a brother’s eye isn’t an afterthought. It’s an imperative. Our brothers or sisters need help with their specks because they can’t see them. Confrontation is God’s tool for proper “speck removal.” Carefully done, it’s an act of love that rescues and restores others who are in danger. Carelessly done, it compounds their hurt and harm and may leave them permanently blinded…or worse. Join Tim for a deep dive into Christlike confrontation and its unique potential to bring God glory and to help others in peril.

Sharing the ministry of reconciliation is a task for every believer (2 Corinthians 5:17-20) though some of been called specifically to devote their lives, ministry and/or career to that mandate. The work of Christian Conciliation has a specific legacy, and many have been trained in Coaching, Mediation and/or Arbitration. Come hear from a panel of those who will continue this legacy for years to come with enthusiasm, new perspective, a love for people and the call to live out this ministry of reconciliation.
